As for the teams and drivers, Ferrari is doing good with the F2004M, I guess they'll get out the F2005 before Spain now. McLaren's "horny" car is good looking and seems way better and stable when compared to their older versions...but that starting trouble crap still hasn't been sorted. Renault has a super car...something like what BAR had last season...a good jump up and now they can really pose a challenge/fight for podium positions. Willams seem to be stuck somewhere like last time....I don't think this car is going to do any better. Jordan seem to have got some stability with the Toyota engines and both the cars finished, which is good. I don't think either Narain or Montiago are in any position to really challenge anyone on the grid except the Minardis....Jordan's not a great package, but let's hope for the best. Redbull seem to be the real surprise. Wonder what they're doing right and what Jaguar did wrong. I've got some respect for DC now, he had a nice race to finish fourth. I think the fault was he was in a McLaren ;) Schumi closed the door a bit too late on Heidfeld..and both of them had to pull out. Fisichella was one happy man on the podium with Barrichello beaming away as well.
Bittorrent is super. Doom 3 is super dooper. I managed to get it working on my P3 500. It does frame when there is shooting involved, but is manageable otherwise (with all the funky effects turned off of course). The game's environment does really gets to you...an effect similar to what Black Mesa felt like in Half Life, only way more magnified. Sounds are awesome and so are effects like dead bodies lying still until you get near and then lunging at your throat. The game runs slightly better on Linux than on Windows with the nVidia drivers.
I'm not too sure if I'll play it till they end. The framing gets to you after a while. We'll see.
