Destruction

Ah well. The rains have caused some serious damage in and around Jayanagar 4T block and JP nagar. Tons of fallen trees, power lines and cable tv lines. No power at home for the last 16 hours or so. I am walking around, taking snaps and Airtel's GPRS seems to be working today. Restoration of power may take atleast a couple of days.

Update: After 16.5 hours, power was restored. Phew. The fallen trees clearance thingy is still going on in the area, with the help of the Fire Dept.
