902, returned

Someone from Airtel gave a call at around 1930 yesterday, confirming the mistake and went onto say that they've reversed the amount. She also mentioned the amount of this month's bill, and asked me to pay "at the earliest possible". Thanks to their super billing systam, she can't send me a revised bill but she did send me an email, stating the amount and other details as promised over phone.

Bill paid, chapter closed.

PS : teemus, hope dies at this point ;)
