Decided to blow up bandwidth today :) So first downloaded blackdown-jdk-1.4.1 (40 Megs), followed by OpenOffice.Org 1.1 (78 Megs) & then the 2.6.2 Kernel (32 Megs). I stumbled upon a nice way to get framebuffer support working *properly* with my NVidia card & I now love my console. She's simply amazing....& just the way I want her to be. I've decided I'm not emergeing kernels anymore as its not worth the time Gentoo takes to update + the bandwidth. Downloading patches is way more easier & nicer to do.
I surprised myself by almost finishing my packing for tomorrow's trip. I never pack a day before, coz its fun to pack on the day of departure....but today was kinda different.
